The following policies are in place to ensure safe, effective service and clear communication for all clients. Please review before scheduling treatment.
🔹 SERVICE POLICY
Bed Bug Thermal Eradicaters provides professional heat treatment services based on information supplied by the customer. Treatment success depends on proper preparation and cooperation with all pre-service instructions.
We reserve the right to modify or reschedule service if preparation requirements are not met.
🔹 PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for completing all preparation steps provided prior to treatment. Failure to properly prepare may reduce treatment effectiveness or require rescheduling.
Preparation instructions will be provided in advance and are considered part of the service agreement.
🔹 SAFETY & ACCESS

All people, pets, and plants must be removed from treatment areas during service

Clear access to affected areas must be provided

Sensitive items must be removed or protected as instructed

Customers must disclose any known hazards or access limitations in advance
🔹 DISCRETION & CONFIDENTIALITY
We understand that bed bug issues can be sensitive.
For commercial and residential clients, discretion is a standard part of our service. Communication and documentation are handled directly with the customer or designated representative.
🔹 RESULTS & RE-INFESTATION
Heat treatment is designed to eliminate bed bugs and their eggs in the treated area. Re-infestation can occur due to re-introduction from travel, visitors, or untreated items.
We are not responsible for new infestations introduced after treatment completion.
🔹 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee due to reserved equipment and scheduling.
Specific terms will be discussed at the time of booking.
🔹 PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be clearly communicated prior to service. Full or partial payment may be required before treatment begins, depending on the scope of service.
🔹 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bed Bug Thermal Eradicaters is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed items, improper preparation, or failure to follow post-treatment guidance.
